Each service engagement is subject to a specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) or Project Contract which shall take precedence over these general terms in the event of any conflict.

3. Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Policy

  • Employee & Partner Obligation: All employees, contractors, and visitors are strictly required to adhere to our HSE Management Systems.
  • Regulatory Compliance: We operate in full compliance with the guidelines of the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC), the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB), and international industry standards.
